Results of the Riau Province Data Needs Survey 2019

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS-Statistics Indonesia to identify statistical data requirements and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services.. The results of the 2019 SKD were presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, an analysis of data requirements, an analysis of data quality satisfaction, and an analysis of the performance of service units. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
